Opening of Saint Martin de Poress Church at Lamlu Parish, Tanna Vanuatu.

Sunday 3rd  of November, 2019,  Fete de Saint Martin de Pores, Opening of Lamlu Church

On behalf of the Lamlu Community , chief , people of Lamlu in Lamlu or abroad ,  and organizations  within the geographic  boundary

of Lamlu   ( religious, traditional, government ), we would to  express  our gratitude  to  Divine Word Missionary Congregation   fund our Newly opened Church.

Not only Catholic community of  LAMLU is happy , but across our  religions` differences we are so fortunately happy  the have   a new  Church house , after the devastation of the  old one by the Cyclone PAM in 2015. 

The development at Lamlu Community  had its  origin  on the establishment  of the church. The Catholic church is the church that all  Lamlu Highest ranging  custom and politic  representative had agreed    to  welcome  in  the Society. Because this church is with in adequacy  whit  the traditional living and customs. Such  no mentioned of contradictions.
